Managing and leading people can be challenging. Starting from the foundation and building upward is the best approach for corrective action to bring change. The experience I garnered leading in both the corporate climate and education the last 20+ years, supports the knowledge and expertise allowing me to support you and your organization.  I have been serving others with one on one coaching including training groups on the ability to grow and learn leadership and management in an effort to change our communities with a human lens.
